Test Results

Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your appointment or service request subject to the following conditions:
- Appointment Cancellation: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
- Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-Show: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.
- Test Cancellation: Once a test has been performed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose not to proceed with a scheduled test before it begins.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed according to the following guidelines:
- Pre-Paid Services: If you cancel a pre-paid service at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Completed Tests: No refunds will be provided for tests that have already been performed and results generated.
- Service Issues: If you experience a service issue, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and provide appropriate resolution, which may include a refund or re-test at no additional charge.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Test Results Delivery
We offer multiple methods for delivering your test results:
- In-Person Collection: You may collect your test results in person from our center during business hours.
- Email Delivery: Test results can be delivered to your registered email address. Please ensure your email address is correct and accessible.
- Digital Portal: Results may be available through our secure online portal (if applicable).
- WhatsApp Delivery: Results may be shared via WhatsApp upon request and with your consent.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes for test results:
- Routine Tests: Results are typically available within 24-48 hours.
- Specialized Tests: Results may take 3-7 business days depending on the test type.
- Urgent Tests: Express results may be available within 4-6 hours (additional charges may apply).
Physical Sample Collection
For home sample collection services:
- Home collection services are available in select areas of Anantapur.
- Appointments for home collection must be scheduled in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for home collection services.
- Our staff will arrive at the scheduled time. Please ensure someone is available at the address.
Report Delivery Charges
Standard delivery methods (email, in-person collection) are included in the test fee. Additional charges may apply for:
- Home delivery of physical reports
- Express/urgent result processing
- Courier services to other locations

If you do not receive your test results within the expected timeframe:
